1. Product Description
This is a heavy-duty inductive proximity sensor designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems. It is used to detect the presence or position of metallic targets in applications such as construction machinery, hydraulic pumps, and industrial automation. It is not a temperature sensor.

4. Installation Instructions
1. Power Off: Ensure the system power is turned off before installation to prevent electrical damage.
2. Mounting: Install the sensor into the pre-drilled hole using the provided hardware. Ensure it is mounted flush for optimal detection.
3. Wiring: Connect the power cable correctly (Positive, Negative, Signal). Refer to the wiring diagram on the sensor body.
4. Inspection: After installation, power on the system and test the sensor. The indicator light should turn ON when a metal target is near.
5. Operation & Usage
- Function: Detects metal objects (e.g., piston, valve core) to confirm position, presence, or completion of a movement cycle.
- Switching: Provides a digital ON/OFF signal based on proximity.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Signal: Check wiring for loose connections or short circuits. Verify the target is metal.
- False Trigger: Ensure the sensor is not near strong magnetic fields or excessive vibration. Check for installation damage.
- Sensor Failure: Inspect for physical cracks or oil intrusion into the connector. Replace if damaged.
